If this is an emergency please call the Facilities Office during the hours of 7am-5pm Monday through Friday.

Work Order Process

Work order submissions made Monday through Friday take 24 hours to process and 7-10 business days to complete. Work order submissions made any time after 3:30pm on Friday or during the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed the following Monday morning. Campus Housing Facilities Staff will determine the urgency of each request and will prioritize accordingly. If there is an emergency situation after 3:30pm during the week or any time on the weekend please contact the Residence Life staff member on duty for assistance.
