UIC Campus housing, the College of Business, the College of Engineering, and Retail Operations have teamed up to provide you with a living and learning environment to help you develop as an entrepreneur.
Join UIC's Entrepreneurial Special Interest Floor on the fourth floor of Thomas Beckham Hall, located on UIC's South Campus. Our spacious two- and four-bedroom apartments are sure to please any future business leader.
With friends and classmates living together, cross-disciplinary teams develop naturally as students' skill sets mix and match to develop the next great idea.
Lectures and weekly speaker series provide wonderful networking opportunities. Students gain confidence in their abilities to take the leap to launch a company, and they benefit from each others' successes and challenges.
Three lounges on the floor dedicated to the program are used as meeting spaces, team project work rooms, and incubators for student initiatives. Computer labs and additional lounges located in the residence hall are also available for conducting business effectively and efficiently.
The Entrepreneurship Special Interest Floor requires members of the community to apply to live on the floor. Download the application instructions here.
