Room Changes

We try to accommodate preferences when making assignments; however, it is more important to find available spaces for the large number of people wanting Housing in general. Therefore, room change requests generally will not be addressed until after the first two weeks of the fall semester. Welcome to the room change request website. At this site you will be able to let the Housing department know that you would like a different room when one becomes available. Please note that there is no single "waiting list," per se. Because there are endless possibilities in room change request types, we cannot tell you your position on the list. When a room becomes available for a room change, we will offer it to the next person with a matching request. Fall or Spring room changesYou need to log in using your UIC netid and password to request a room change or respond to a room change offer.
