The National Residence Hall Honorary is representative of the top 1% of student leaders in Campus Housing based on GPA and involvement.
NRHH was established by the National Association of College and University Residence Halls (NACURH) in order to recognize outstanding efforts of residents across the nation.
At UIC, the Eternal Flames Chapter of NRHH is the sister organization to RHA. NRHH serves to recognize student leaders and to provide service opportunities for residents to expand their academic and residential experience.
Blue symbolizes loyalty: loyalty to purpose.
White signifies a blank page: a page on which a student writes the successes and experiences that fill their days in the residence halls.
The symbol for NRHH is a diamond surrounding the letters of the organization, and the three interconnected links, the chain of leadership.
Together, the unbroken chain symbolizes the never-ending leadership of NACURH and membership to NRHH.
