How to receive your mail

Mail is delivered to the residence halls once each day, Monday through Saturday. No mail is delivered on Sundays and holidays. Mail will be placed directly into the mailbox assigned to each resident. To insure prompt mail delivery, please advise those who correspond with you to address your mail as follows:

East Campus: For Commons North (CMN), Commons South (CMS), Commons West (CMW) and Courtyard (CTY) place your three letter residence hall abbreviation and room number next to the address. CTY residents include your bedroom letter after your room number.

South Campus: For Marie Robinson Hall (MRH) and Thomas Beckham Hall (TBH) use the format below and include your bedroom letter after your room number.
