Pick up your I-Card
In order to receive Intern Housing's featured amenities (such as laundry access, building access, parking lot access, and recreation center membership) you will need to pick up your I-Card (University ID). Please bring a form of government issued identification to the ID Center in the Student Services Building.

Parking
Overnight parking is available for interns at the Maxwell Street parking structure located at 701 West Maxwell Street.
Rates - Standard Vehicle
- $34 per week
- $91 per month
Procedure
You must go in person to one of the two parking offices to obtain a parking permit. The addresses are below:

To receive a parking permit, you must present your:
- I-card
- Driver's License
- Parking Letter (received in Welcome Packet)
- Completed parking application (received in Welcome Packet)
- Full payment by cash and credit

Set-Up Internet
If you have not followed the Internet Set-Up steps prior to arrival, but have a netID and password set up, please follow the steps below:
- Visit the Thomas Beckham Hall front desk with your computer
- Ask a desk worker to install Secure W2 (or Mac OS X 802.1x Client) onto your computer
- If all prompts are followed correctly, a connection should be established immediately
If you do not have a netID created and password, please contact Jessica Droege at (312) 355-6318. Please allow 7-10 days for a netID to be created and set to your e-mail.
