Single Student Residence (SSR)
Single Student Residence (SSR) is apartment-style housing for 530 graduate and professional students and undergraduates 21 and older (ages 21–23 are limited to floors 3 and 4, with family housing on the fifth floor). Each student has an individual bedroom and shares a kitchenette and bathroom within each unit. The sixteenth floor is home to the Nursing Community.

Each residence hall includes:
- Air conditioning and heat
- Free laundry for residents
- Kitchenettes and vending machines
- Computer lab
- Lounges and common areas
- Walking distance to cafeterias and recreational facilities
Each residence hall bedroom includes:
- Extra-long twin bed, desk and chair, clothes closet and storage drawers
- Telephone jack, cable TV connection and high-speed internet connection (including wireless)—additional fees may apply
SSR apartments also include:
- Refrigerator, stove, dining table and chairs

About Single Student Residence
For graduate and professional students, as well as for undergraduate students 24 years of age or older. In addition, the 3rd and 4th floors are for 21-23 year old undergraduates and the 16th floor is home of the Nursing House.
This building is suite or apartment style, with each student having an individual bedroom and sharing a kitchenette and bathroom within each unit. Each bedroom has a private telephone line (additional charge for activation). As this building is for graduate and professional students, the entire building is intensive study.
