Courtyard (CTY)

The triangular Courtyard (CTY) building is a 4-story facility, accomodating about 665 men and women. CTY houses students in clusters, typically of three doubles and two single rooms sharing a common bathroom. The tower has a magnificent view of the Chicago skyline. The first floor has been designated for the President’s Award program.

Each residence hall includes:

  • Air conditioning and heat
  • Free laundry for residents
  • Kitchenettes and vending machines
  • Computer lab
  • Lounges and common areas

Each residence hall bedroom includes:

  • Extra-long twin bed, desk and chair, clothes closet and storage drawers
  • Telephone jack, cable TV connection and high-speed internet connection (including wireless)—additional fees may apply
