Commons South (CMS) is a 5-story traditional residence hall of mostly double rooms, accommodating about 190 men and women. It contains a computer lab, and is home to the First Year Experience program.

Each residence hall includes:

About Commons South

For undergraduate students of all ages. This building is primarily single sex by floor, with females on the 2nd and 4th floors and males on the 3rd; the 5th floor is coed.

This building is composed of double rooms opening onto a common hallway with two community bathrooms shared by each floor community.
