If there is an emergency situation after 3:30 PM during the week or any time on the weekend, please contact the Residence Life staff member on duty for assistance.
Work Order Process
Work order submissions made Monday through Friday take 24 hours to process and 7–10 business days to complete. Work order submissions made any time after 3:30 PM on Friday or during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday morning. Campus Housing Facilities Staff will determine the urgency of each request and will prioritize accordingly.
